The New, Republican Klu Klux Klan

The new republican party and their teabaggers have begun orchestrated death threats to democratic representatives in congress. Not busy enough already spitting on congressmen, screaming racial epithets and homophobic obscenities, the party of the wealthy and the ignorant have banded together to try to intimidate the opposition. So, now those with the intrests of big business and the dupes of middle america have joined forces with violence in mind. I'm reminded of the Klu Klux Klan except perhaps wearing designer, silk sheets.
It is so ironic that those wealthy owners of agribusiness have been able to bring so many of the farmers who they crush out of business into the fold. However, using issues like abortion to fool the religiously conservative in joining the herd has been so effective. "The democrats are gonna take yer gun" has also been a very effective scare technique. Unfortunately, fear works. The republican party leadership may be a shambles but they will always have plenty of the wealthy and the ignorant to drive their agenda. Who will be the next Grand Poobah?
